Lisa and her husband Scott, along with their two children Rick and Alex moved to Dublin Ohio in 2002 from the Bluegrass State (KY) where Scott and Lisa grew up together. They are avid UK basketball fans and enjoy golfing, long walks, hiking, reading on the beach and spending time with friends and family. Lisa graduated from the University of Louisville with a biology degree and the University of Kentucky with a Doctor of Pharmacy. After 15 years in the profession, she was fortunate to have the opportunity to stay home with Rick and Alex during their elementary and high school years.

Lisa and her family made Vista their church home in 2008. They immediately felt welcomed, challenged and heard a clear message of the love, grace and mercy of Jesus in a new way that spirited heart transformation.  Lisa joined the Vista staff as the Director of Operations for the Dublin Campus in 2014, following the graduation of her youngest, Alex. Subsequently, Lisa felt God tugging at her heart to help the church care for one another in a way that leads to spiritual growth and lives out John 13:35 – “others will know we are his disciples in the way we love one another.”  In 2018, Lisa became the Central Director of Life Support focusing on her new role to shepherd, equip and lead others to care well for one another. She was commissioned as a pastor in February 2019.  If you ask Lisa if she ever imagined this is where God would have her serving, she would say, ”Absolutely not, but I am prepared to go where God leads me.”
