Questions to ask at every gathering…
- What did you hear from Jesus this week?
- What do you need to do to obey Jesus?
- How are you helping others to hear and obey Jesus?
Where are the personal and relationally “divided margins” in your life (think about your family, friendships, school, workplace, etc.)?
What are the things you feel are “right” that you may need to set aside so you can step into the margin and just “be” with other people that are different from you?
What are the idols in your life, (powers, preference, purities, prejudices, etc.) that you need to recognize and repent of?
Do you have an idea of where your idols came from? Where they were they first constructed and rooted into your life?
Pray and ask God to reveal to you the idols of your heart… and pray that He would give you the courage to confront them and repent of them in Jesus name!
What personal, relational step can you take this week to help bridge the divides in your life?
