Missions Meeting

We’ll gather your info and interest, and then contact you with details for the trip you have indicated.  Please mark your calendar and be ready to attend a Team Decision Meeting (I’m in!) on February 25th at Vista Worthington.

CAMBODIA (late June, 10-12 days)
The Mission of God (Missio Dei) is to make all things right. There is much work to be done and God has given us the privilege of joining in with Him as He does it. For Vista Community Church it has been our privilege to say yes to God in the area of Orphan care. For fifteen years we have been entrusted with financial and relational care for a home full of God’s children outside Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This trip will focus on our relationship with those kids in the orphanage as well as our grown kids and joining other ministries such as Hard Places and New Life Church in serving and reaching the next generation for Christ.

KENYA (Late July/August, 10-12 days)
God is restoring relationships. God uses relationships to restore. It has been the privilege of Vista to have many restorative relationships and partnerships in Columbus and around the World. One such relationship is with Restoration Revival Churches in Western Kenya. This trip will travel to Bungoma, Kenya and participate in pastoral equipment to help equip the leaders of dozens of Churches as the press to Edge of the Gospel ever outwards. Our team will contribute to the launching of a new church and join in the celebration of God’s people as they participate in bringing God’s Kingdom more fully to earth.
